Founded by Brenda Felix-Noel and Steven Noel, AIA, our Coastal Carlsbad studio was built on a shared passion for purposeful design and a people-first approach that values collaboration, transparency, and lasting relationships throughout every phase of the design and construction process.

With more than $2 billion in combined design, design-build, and construction experience, our team offers a comprehensive understanding of planning, design, construction, cost, and schedule integration.
